Chef Joe Fox is a Los Angeles–trained chef whose cooking is grounded in seasonality, classical European technique, and a deep respect for ingredients. He honed his craft in some of LA’s most respected kitchens, including Funke, Rustic Canyon, and Bar Etoile, drawing from Italian tradition, whole-animal cooking, and modern French precision to shape a style that is disciplined, ingredient-driven, and deceptively simple.
