The Concept

FOXES is a neighborhood restaurant — a dining room, a delivery menu, a pickup window — built around the way people actually eat. The food is simple by design: a tight, daily-rotating menu drawn from the morning's market and the kitchen's hand.

Ingredient-driven and seasonally focused. From the farmers' market whenever we can. No seed oils, ever.

The Food

Three formats. One kitchen.

  • 01 — Day Takeaway.
    Seasonal breakfasts and lunches built for the pickup window. Coffee, pastry, plated dishes you can carry into the day.
  • 02 — Evening Dinner.
    A short, frequently rotating dinner menu of the room. Cooked the way Joe wants to cook, served at a pace that lets the table breathe.
  • 03 — Bar Beverage.
    Wine, cocktails, coffee. Built with the same lens as the food — chosen, not ordered off a list.
